Riverland Trucking LLC was established in November 2010 in Winona, Minn., with just two trucks and three employees. Since then we’ve grown to become a respected regional carrier with national capacity. Riverland today employs 30 people from two locations with a fleet of 24 trucks and 38 trailers.
John Brom and Mark Henderson cofounded Riverland Trucking after working together for Dean Foods/Land-O- Lakes fluid dairy division. With over 20 years of combined driving experience and vast knowledge of the trucking industry, Brom and Henderson seized an opportunity to launch their own trucking business. Soon after they secured a contract from their former employer, Dean Foods, who continues to utilize their trucking services for deliveries in the Winona region and beyond.
Riverland has steadily grown its customer base and expanded its services over the years. In addition to refrigerated dairy delivery, Riverland offers dry freight, reefer, construction/agricultural and maintenance services. Riverland expanded to a second location in Rochester, Minn., in 2013. In 2015 we moved into a new 11,000-square- foot facility in Winona and invested in numerous equipment upgrades.
